They compare World Nomads, International Medical Group for both United States and International Citizens, and Travelex. In addition to the standard coverage you can get winter sports coverage, cruise coverage, wedding coverage (rings to 300 pounds, gifts to 750 pounds per couple and wedding attire to 1000 pounds per person) and business travel coverage.
